Upon arrival to the hotel, please visit reception to show your Parkos booking confirmation, Then you may drive into the car park and check in for your one-night stay. There is a free shuttle bus to and from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport.
The shuttle bus runs a 24 hour service, 7 days per week.
Upon arrival back to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, to arrange the shuttle bus, please phone the number 03 9335 9300 once you have picked up your luggage. The bus will be dispatched as soon as possible, unfortunately we are not able to prearrange pickups due to Melbourne Airport restrictions. The pickup point is opposite the Parkroyal entrance at the bus shelter which has the words - Hotel & Parking shuttle bus pick up point. This is the only place that the bus is authorised to stop to pick you up.
Upon arrival back to the hotel, please visit reception again to show your Parkos Booking reservation departure date and time, then you may leave the hotel carpark.
