About Jetaway airport parking
Jetaway airport parking operates 24/7 and is 9 minutes form Melbourne airport. Which allows them to get you to the airport in their complimentary shuttle bus promptly.
ParkingThe parking premises is easy to find (You may notice the Jetaway from Airport drive already), you will easily navigate your way straight up to entrance gates marked with orange signage. Drive inside and register at reception where you will then be assisted the rest of the way.
You will then be transported to Melbourne airport and you can chat with the driver about meeting points for your you return.
Jetaway Airport Parking is protected by fencing, lighting CCTV. When you hand in your keys they are locked into a secure room.

The parking facility offers both self-park and valet for outdoor parking .
Employees are available to assist you with your luggage and the parking facility has a waiting area and toilets for your use.
Self parking
Simply drive in and park your car at the front of reception in the yellow marked bays. Please check in at reception and ensure you have a copy of your booking confirmation. We will quickly confirm your details before you provide us with your keys so we can park your car in our yard.
We will assist you with loading your luggage onto our shuttle bus, and then take you to Melbourne Airport. You will be dropped you off in the "Hotel and off-airport" area in the bus lane which is downstairs, outside terminals 1 and 2. This is the same area you will be picked up from.
When you have returned from your trip, all you need to do is call us once you have collected your bags and are ready for a pickup from the same area you were dropped off at. Please ensure you are ready when you call us, as our shuttles are only permitted to stay in the pickup area for 5 minutes at a time.
Once we have picked you up, you will be taken back to the carpark and your car will be ready for you to collect.
