My flight has been delayed/expedited. What do I need to do?

When your return flight has been delayed, it probably means that you won't be able to collect your car at the agreed time. Not a problem, you won't incurr any extra costs if you are arriving before midnight. Please telephone the parking provider as soon as possible, so that they can amend the time they can expect you. You will find their number in your confirmation email.

You are arriving a few days later than planned? Please also inform the parking provider. You will need to pay for any extra days.

Returning earlier than planned?

If your travelling plans change, you may need to take back an earlier flight. Please telephone the parking provider of the change in arrival time, both for shuttle and valet parking, You and the parking provider will then agree on a new time where you will collect your car. You will find the parking provider's telephone number in your confirmation email.
