How do I know if my reservation has been successful?

When you have booked through us, we will first of all save your reservation in our system. This means your reservation won't get lost, should a technical issue arise and means that the reservation is known in our system.

We will then inform the parking provider of your reservation, meaning your space will be made available for you. All of this is done automatically.

You will receive a confirmation email

When the reservation has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email in about five to ten minutes. Here you will find your personal data, vehicle details and reservation dates. This email will be sent to the address you provided at the time of booking.

This email will be the confirmation to the parking provider that you have booked, therefore always print it off and take the confirmation email with you. Is something not correct on the confirmation email, or you are not sure that your reservation has been successful, then please contact our customer service department.
