About Corporate Smartpark
Corporate Smartpark is an undercover car park that's just 5 minutes away from Melbourne Airport, and it's open year round, 24 hours a day. They offer a free courtesy car to the airport. It's perfect for the business traveller.
If you need a forward facing child seat, please let them know in advance so they can organise this for you beforehand.
Shuttle parking
By selecting shuttle parking, you'll need to drive to the car park, where an employee will park your car. They have a courtesy car that will take you to Melbourne Airport. If there isn't any traffic the journey will take about 5 minutes. When you come back from your trip, there will be a courtesy car waiting for you to take you back to Corporate Smartpark, where your car will be ready for you to pick up.
Corporate Smartpark is manned for 24 hours a day, and they have CCTV, and fencing so whatever time of day it is you can be sure that your car is in safe hands. All of their drivers are insured, and you can ask them to do a vehicle inspection before you leave your car with them. Your car keys get kept in a locked, and alarmed room.
They also have monitored internal and external motion sensors, so your car will be safe
At Corpoate Smartpark there is a a covered reception area for you to wait for the shuttle bus, and toilets. You car will be parked for you, and your keys are kept in a locked, alarmed room.
Their shuttle bus is on-demand so when you arrive and have checked in, you'll be put straight onto a bus. They are only 5 minutes away from the airport, so you can time your trip perfectly. It's a short 5 minute walk from the drop off and pickup points to the terminal.
Shuttle parking
On the day of your departure, you'll need to drive to Corporate Smartpark. Please call the car park if you're going to be delayed for more than 30 minutes. When you enter the car park you'll need to check in at the reception and an employee will take your keys and park your car for you.
Their courtesy car is available on demand and will get you to the airport in 5 minutes if there's no traffic
After landing you can call them when you're ready to be picked up and they will come and collect you.
